We love Autumn and all the flavors and smells that come with this time of year. We’re wrapping up our sea buckthorn harvest and thought we’d share our Pumpkin & Sea Buckthorn Smoothie Recipe with you.
Sibu Protien Power
1 cup vanilla greek yogurt
1 oz. Sibu liquid supplement
1 Cup Water
1/2 Cup Vegan Milk (We used unsweetened coconut milk)
2 Dates, Pitted
2 Tablespoons Maple Syrup
1 Tablespoon Sibu 7 Omega 7 Pure (100% Sea Buckthorn Puree)
3 Heaping Tablespoons Pumpkin Puree
1 1/2 Teaspoons Pumpkin Pie Spice
1 Teaspoon Vanilla Extract
6 Ice Cubes
Place all ingredients in a high-powered blender and blend on the smoothie setting (Setting 4 on a Blendtec). If you do not have a high-powered blender, then you may need to blend longer to incorporate the dates. This recipe makes one 16 ounce smoothie.
